Destiny – STEM Leader

Destiny is a 17 year old teen Entrepreneur that embraces her power in STEM. She is an Author, Philanthropist, Presenter and Speaker that enjoys sharing her amazing and exciting journey through STEM. She has been recognized by government officials and has received numerous accolades for her achievements and efforts. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her family and is a freshman at Georgia State University majoring in Computer Science!

Her journey started at the age of 11 when she took a Business and Technology course at school. She was so intrigued by the content of the course that she yearned for more knowledge of the subjects. Her thriving interest in Technology and Engineering has become a major focal point of her life. Her love for Computer Science and her passion for coding represent Destiny’s purpose and plans for her career. She continuously travels all over the world studying and teaching coding. Destiny is an advocate for technology and uses her passion and skills in coding to teach introduction to coding courses to girls. This is was inspired her decision to found Destiny Adams International. The birth of this organization exemplifies a girl’s ability to do anything she desires if and only if she is exposed and provided options.

In 2018 Destiny was able to successfully train and expose over 1,000 girls to the skill of computer programming through Destiny Adams International as an effort to decrease the gender gap in female representation in technology.
